How many characters ....

How many emotions ….

How many breaks ....

It makes you crave for care, love , and 

It makes you raise your emotions for seeing your loved ones ,

It teaches you to sit calm to wait for breaks which might come or never comes ,

And it teaches you to accept unwanted breaks to make you bold to face breaks yet to come ,

In the end , It just matters how you watched your film , cause you are the film .....

What Came First ?

Literally this question troubled me from the time i remember ...
we are humans, we are in earth , earth is just a planet , among trillions of stars and galaxies ,
and from where it all started ?

this is one fucked up question .i usually think all these kind of wierd questions in te night .
cause it gets me sleep ... u can let ur imagination float in no where ....

God created all these ? Then How God formed ?
I am a believer of God ! I worship God ...
so I am not trying to proove anything here .... but just strange question !!
Its true that i have not got the answer ....

nothing is impossible !!

The Unwanted Visitor - Death

it was a long time ago ,

when i was in school …around 3rd or 4th standard !!

i was in kerala that time ….

a small boy who sits on the petrol tank of bike and gets driven all the way to school by his dad .

wearing a half pant or rather called a trouser , i usual get my legs heated up by the heat of the metal tank …

i remember a lady staying in a nearby house . she was of my mother's age that time .

she was a school teacher and she had a daughter of my age …

she likes me a lot . when ever she passes by my house , she stops by and gives me a toffee and pats on my head…

(i am sure she would not have liked me if she was my teacher :) )

i liked her too :) for that i have not seen someone who is a teacher and loves kids !! and more important , i get my toffee almost every day …

it was  a routine and it became like my right to get the toffee each time she see me or i see her …

days went by and i dint see her ….

i asked my mom one day about her …

i don't remember what my mom replied that day 

but i started forgetting her as days passed by….

she was no more coming that way and giving me toffee ….

fews days or months later ,  i was coming back from school and a stranger passes by and smiled at me …..

he was bald and lean and  he was actually accompanied by another fat man …..

i know this man …….

the fat man who accompanied the bald fellow was the husband of the lady who used to give me toffees

that day when mom came back from office, i asked her what i saw .

who is that and why was he holding another bald man ?

she said to my shock that the bald man i saw was actually the lady who used to give me toffee and she got cancer …

i knew it was not easy for me to understand what really happened …

i had many questions like , why she shaved her head ?

why would some one do like that to themselves ? 

i know that mom really tried to tell me what it is , but i was not convinced !!

what is cancer ?

how would people loose hair when cancer comes ?

what is this ?

i felt a little sad the next following days (now not for the toffee , but for her )

because when she smiled , the last time she saw me , i dint smile back , as i thought its some strange balm man smiling at me !!

i walked to her house .

i was not really bold to knock at the door , as i thought she would be angry seeing me , as i dint smile last time (i was silly as i was a kid)

i remember very clearly me going till that house but not knocking the door .

once or twice i saw one or two people standing outside the house , and when asked where the aunty is , they would say she is sleeping or something ….

few weeks back , i saw a crowd outside her house and i came to know that she is dead .

life is not so easy all the times , right ?

the most important thing in life is relationships ….

it could be anyone - friends , family , relatives, teachers ,  anyone …..

its like how much happiness you got from someone in your life time, u will face that much pain all together when you loose them !!

death is a strange visitor

It comes as a surprise to our life and takes us leaving all our life behind there ….

there are no doors which can be closed n front of that visitor .

everything right now is right now .

there could be no later .

we can always know the first , but we never know the last.

we will never know the last time we see someone …..

its better to love everyone and expect nothing back ….

happy to live the moment to write this :)

when i realise now that the old man was the same lady i used to see and get toffees from daily ,

but i dint smile back when she smiled the last time , its something not explainable 

it doesn't change anything or it is not much of sense here …

But i know that life is like a movie played with no fast forward , rewind , pause buttons and we are audience glued to seats and when the movie ends , it ends for ever :)

No offence , But my entire mood of watching the opening ceremony was turned into something else !!
I cant take blames here ! She was too hot to wear that sizzling hot red dress . It just made her too hot. And the camera man did a really good job on good focusing !!

Thanks to Paraguay for understanding her abilities and give her the right place to play !
She made a huge wave in 2008 , and now she has done it again !!

Do what ever you want

This part of writing gives me real happiness. I am going to express a true lot of incidents and accidents in my path towards finding myself !!

My Life was an unplanned trip. Always ends up with something less or more !!

But it really worked for me . It gave me a hidden truthful lesson to get a prepared trip !!

Now I believe that am walking though a planned path . A seat in the great Film and Television Institute of India, Pune for Sound recording Course . A supportive group of people around, a good vision and a 5 year plan in heart , a laptop to scribble all I want and a place to post all my thoughts J

But to reach here , it took a lot out of me !!

But before I talk a lot about myself , let me tell you something very clearly .

Even now , what I say or claim as a planned path is a planned path for just me J

For my relatives and even for my mother , it’s the most stupid decision I have or anyone could possible take in ones  life . But I have been a stupid for myself all these years , until now J

So stupidity is subjective and as I am writing here , I am subjective over my side J

I always had a coffee and chat with the toughest times ….

It gives a one to one dealing with how you can be more crazier J

Days just went and I loved the craziness in me .

I started understanding that I am not dead and I have something in me to live for …

A deep passion , like we heard in the movie INCEPTION J

An idea …. An Idea , once implanted into ones mind, is soo powerful that it can change a lot J

I have a kid within me yelling out for a lot different things .

Having nothing was always my feel , when everyone described me as the perfect life with everything

A day or the other I ask myself , is it worth to do what ever we want ?

If it makes you happy and feel like living , yes !

If it makes you feel good , and do more, yes ….

I had unhappy days of doing all sort of things which never wabted to do, but did .

Starting from changing of many schools in my life (I finished my schooling in a total of 4 schools), followed by getting into engineering college instead of an arts of college , then going to a regular job sitting in front of computers and not doing anything creative at all ….

Life was horrible . But in between I tried to do something which makes me feel good.

Watching movies always was a medicine for me .

I got my queen of my life , and I met her during my first job in software .

The only reason I have to say that I am happy about my first job J

Then it was her inspiration to find a better me in me !

She found my interest in music and sound recording .

It was during my first job in a company called UST Global, when I was a little active in singing, composing and recording songs and sounds , that I found my good interest lies in Sound recording .

I bought a Philips Dynamic Microphone – SBC MD150 from Music world and a sennheiser headphones !!I dint know what to do with it , but I wanted to record professional quality sound .

I bought some headphones , and some wires and joined a guitar class .

I recorded some sounds , but it dint really come up well.

Noise was every where !!

Then I decided to do something for this .

Then came FTII …..

A new chapter in my life .

It was on 2008 …

I was researching in internet over this , and she pointed out FTII is the best place to learn about sound recording !!

Then I did some research and understood what she said is right !!

But we came to know the sad news that just 2 days back they closed the intake of forms for that year . Thus we missed the deadlines …

Then waited for one long year , and gave my first attempt , years went on and many things happened in my life – Both good and Bad ….

And this year , I am getting into FTII .

Finally the question is

Are you happy ?

Yes , I am …..

That’s all it takes and matters

Do what ever you want ………….

Story is not over yet and will never be :)

When I heard the news that Sneha Khanwalkar is doing the music for the next Anurag’s movie, I was sure that she will come up with something really good . But this is great .

Following the same trends is good, it will give you success and name .

But getting something out of your own , might not always guarantee you a great success , but a high level of satisfaction . In her case , It gave her both- success as well as satisfaction .

I am talking about the 16 year old girl named – Durga .

Her high pitched rustic voice was heard by thousands and thousands of locals travelling by Mumbai Trains . She is actually from South India . Like Jamal and Salim of Slumdog Millionaire travelling though their life in trains , she travelled sweeting the ears of local Mumbai travellers !!

And it was in one such local train that Anand Surapur (Director/Producer) met her , which was when her train took a U-turn !!

Now her voice is viral over the internet ….

Her voice is famous through the song – Chi Cha Leather !!

If you hear the song, you will feel that you have heard such a voice before !!

Where else , must be when you are travelling by some trains .

And you will also realise the fact that you have not even given the child anything !!

But the point is that this reveals one beautiful fact !!

There is something beautiful inside everyone

Either you find it , or someone else finds it.

In both the cases , you have found you .

This time when I was coming from Pune back to Chennai, I met a small boy who attached a tail behind and walked and sang songs like Hanuman (Hindu God) . I also saw some making fun of him . But I loved him , as he was very keen in getting all the attention and doing really good on what he does . I don’t really want to go deep into the regular talks of travellers like – We should not entertain beggers , or people like these . But I gave him 10 rupee . It was just for his guts or fate to attach a tail behind him, while children of his age would attach bags filled with books and tiffen boxes filled with protein rich food prepared by their mom !!

Keepint this in mind is always really good .

Everyone have something within him or her .

You might be good at something .

But he/she might be good at something else .

Respect yourself and others

I always wanted to visit Kashmir . The reason why i have not gone there is because I cant afford to buy tickets till there .

But when asked , i would like any others day that i am afraid for my life ...

Actually speaking , I am not really afraid of people holding Guns .

IRCTC Tatkal Ticket Booking

Booking a ticket in Tatkal is a nightmare ...

Wake up by 7.30 , switch on the laptop and keep on refreshing the irctc page
till you see the time in the page has crossed 08:00 and then try booking a ticket

ok , as if its an easy process

the page goes down a million times and by the time the page loads proerly you see that its waiting list 20 or 30

Its soo much horrible that you wonder how these tickets are actually getting booked

why its happening to you alone like this

Then who possible can book the tickets

Its none other than the people making cash out of booking

seriously ...

for the very first time i feel Govt have taken some good steps

The timing of tatkal booking has been changed from 8 to 10 and also made sure that agents are not allowed
and also making sure not more than 2 tickets can be booked using one ip address

Good going

Finally i booked a ticket by tatkal without any issues
i started the system by 9.55 and i booked the ticket without issues by 10.15

Thanks to this humble step which helps common people like me

This is fantastic ...

I mean ... i was wathcing the finals with more thrilling than an IPL match .

The reason ... i was watching it my 2 little sisters
They are big fans of this show
and i accidently got to see one episode and became a fan too.

I mean , those are not child's play
I cant boost any more that i know to make chicken curry !!

Those 8-13 year kids make anything from starters to pastries ...
wow ....

What else ...
Its yummy looking things out there on screen and we have this thrilling most experience

The youngest girl - 9 year old Sienna !!
Oh no... I am shocked to see the matured and beautiful way of handling and cooking !

Its beautiful to watch these kids support each other and stay together the entire game ...
I mean its not a game show. Its more than that .

The Australian masterchef have already prooved their beauty , but the junior master chefs have rocked in and prooved that they are  not any means less then the seniors.

Complete Blindness

It was at 80kmph .
The music flows through my head , and i saw the speedometer and was shocked as recently i haven't crossed 60kmph in this busiest road .  I raised my view from the speedometer to see i am banging towards a huge water carrying lorry

I jumped on my brakes with all my power, and i felt my back tyres dragging the back of the vehicle to a different direction . I was sure that i am going to die .

Still i cant hear my brakes as the music plays loudly .

I closed my eyes and waited for me to hit .

I dint feel anything . Opened my eyes to see that i have escaped in just a few centimeter . may be 2 or 3 centimeter literally .
This was more shocking .

Driving a bike wearing headphones inserted well inside the ears and thought a minute before that i am going to die listening to the song , but i am still alive

I was horrified.

Few people were seeing me .
I lifted my helmet and plugged out the headphones .

I understood my bike got switched off

I kicked it on , and moved to a side of the road, and felt sad about what was about to happen

My cousin got killed in a road accident .
I read many accidents in news papers and TV .

Then why i was so much stupid to do this .
I felt angry on me .

I thought about the things God has given me
I have everything

I should do something
God gave me everything to help people who dont have everything
Not to spoil what i have or what God gave me - a beautiful life

I took a decision today.

I will never drive bike without a helmet
I will never listen to songs or use mobile phone whole driving
I will never ride fast

and most importantly

i will donate my body parts once i die

എന്ടെ അച്ഛനും അമ്മയും അവരുടെ കുട്ടി കാലം പറഞ്ഞു , യെന്ദു മനോഹരമായിരുന്നു എന്ന് പറയുമ്പോ , എനിക്കു അന്ന് മനസിലായില്ല ... കുട്ടികാലം യെന്ദു മനോഹര മാണെന്ന് !!

മലയാളത്തില്‍ ഒരു ബ്ലോഗ്‌ എഴുതെനമെന്നു പല തവണ വിചാരിച്ചു ....

Cartoons are ones creative way of expressing amazing ideas
Cartoons are like a story .

The author most of the times wants the readers to get his own meaning for it .

But what happens when the readers are just looking out to make it a controversial , rather than enjoying the writer's ideas or creativities ?

This is what we see in the recent times .


I am really amazed to see the brillian ideas which came out recently on a cartoon in "THE HINDU", based on the 5 star advertisement !!
This is just brilliant ...

I personally love to watch a movie rather than reading its book .
The reason being i love pictures rather than words.
Pictures speaks a lot , which is in fact more easier and more interesting on times .

But are we heading towards a position to put creative ideas doomed for ever over the name of political pressures and issues ?

NCERT's books are more into free marketing these days .
Some one who gets the chance to draw a cartoon in NCERT book , have got chances of becoming the most criticised and taked about painter soon.

A cartoon once published on 28th August 1949 is hitting the news now ??????
Are we reading outdated news ?
Or are we blind all these years ....

What happended to the Fundamental Rights of India ?
Where is  freedom of speech and expression ?

The 2 most anticipated exam for any film aspirants is FTII and SRFTI entrance exam .
Each year there is a good increase in the number of students applying for various courses .

Unfortunately there is not much of reference materials or old question papers available easily for anyone who is preparing for the same . I also went through the same tough thing .

That was when i noticed SRFTI website .
It was a bit tough to get it , as its not much easily visible in their website ,
but there it is .....

SRFTI exam pattern is a bit different from FTII .

Last year when I wrote SRFTI exam , I saw this pdf file which was shared in their website .
It gave me an idea of what kind of questions can be asked in the entrance exam .

The style or pattern was almost same .

Though I dint get through the exam last year, I hope this will surely help many people who are preparing for this year SRFTI .

To break this habit , and to give us what reality is ....

When i watched the first show last week , i really felt that this is the kind of show which parents should ask children also to watch
The topics the have in queue are very important .

Even in this so called society which is fast moving and modern , the parents still hesitate to discuss certain topics with children
the consequesnces of which are very very worse.

Certain kind of discussion is " Abortion "

Abortion as always is a highly controversial discussion
Many abortions take place each day .
For many reasons and at many places and by many people ,

But there is a very bloody side to it
Girls who are young and who dont even know that an abortion has been done on her !!
What the Fuck !!

I dont know if we can stop any of the crimes happening in the society by these shows.
But one thing i am sure is , people gets educated by seeing these kind of shows

They dont get anything out of stupid reality shows like roadies
But this is awesome ... This show will educate people .

I am blogging this today due to an incident which happened yesterday .

After coming back from office i was really tired .

But as i got the habit of watching tv before going to sleep kept me awake .

It was around 2.30 in the morning . I was half way to sleep .

Really sinking half way i heard some one knocking the door .

It was clueless for me .

I was wondering who is knocking the door at this time .

I could not find who is standing outside through the door hole as there was no light outside .

I tried to switch on the light outside , but its not working .

Then i dint have the guts to open the door.

So i just thought if its some one they will knock again and then can see what to do.

I was not scared at this moment .

I was alone , as my parents have left 2 days back for a marriage function , and will be back only after a week

I made sure all the doors are closed and came to tv room , as i planned to sleep near tv , so that in the morning i can wake up soon .

I was slighty sleeping ...

Suddenly .....

Bang Bang Bang ...

and a kid laughing loudly ....

I just jumped ....

Goose bumps out of scareness ...

Was it from TV ?

Or some kid in the flat ?

But it was like right next to me ...

At this point of time i was scared to the core .

I was just thinking , please the current should not go off ...

I went to make sure the doors are all closed properly ...

It was closed , and the tv is already switched off ...

I had no clue what that sound was ....

But the knock of door was heard 2 more times when i was trying to sleep ...

What could it be .....

Morning i searched the internet about ghosts and found many freaky topics ...

But i dont know ....

What happened to our ORKUT

It was ORKUT fever every where ... I have more scraps than you . I have more stars than him , I have uploaded more pictures , I have more friends , I am the most active orkut user , I .....


It was somewhere around 2006 when i first felt this fever .
Everyone in my college was having an account by then , and were busy with this ...
I felt a little outdated when they were discussing about the scraps and the best fun i missed out was the free gozzips ... After all what more fun that peeping into others personal chat , right ?

Then i joined the ORKUT :)

Then what was it ... Crazy wastage of time ...
Counting the scraps , stars , and peepings :)

Joining the club and having the fun was a spoiler ...

That was when i had no personal PC or lappy ...
To get my Uncle's PC was tough ....

Then came GPRS in mobile phone ...
Used it for some days ....

Then when studies went a bit serious in the final year , as we got busy preparing bits to clear the exams , we had to move off from these ...

Placement and got placed in a company

When i realised what the real software engineer needs to do in the real world (Ctrl C and Ctrl V), i understood i could have spent more time on internet , getting trained in how to Google better .

Time went on busy with work ...

There came something called FACEBOOK ....

Hai ... dude ... you dint join FACEBOOK ?
Its nice man ... It has got many applications ....

I was like "Oh no .... some one really good in Ctrl C , Ctrl V has launched something like Orkut :( "
